Why IV instead of a supplement?
When you swallow a vitamin, a good portion of it never makes it past your digestive system. An IV delivers fluids, vitamins, minerals and amino acids directly into the bloodstream, so absorption is close to complete and the effect is felt quickly – usually within the session itself.
Common reasons our clients book an IV
- Hydration – after a long flight out of FLL, a weekend on the boat, or a Florida summer workout
- Immune support – vitamin C, zinc and B vitamins during cold and flu season or before travel
- Athletic recovery – amino acids and electrolytes after races and tournaments
- Energy and focus – B12 and B-complex blends for the mid-week slump
- Hangover and “I overdid it” recovery – the Sunday-morning favorite
What a session looks like
- A short intake form and a quick conversation about your goals and health history.
- You settle into a recliner in the IV room. Blankets, dim lighting and Wi-Fi are standard.
- A trained team member places the IV – usually in the forearm or hand – and starts the drip.
- Most drips run 30–60 minutes. Read, work, or nap.
- You’re done. No downtime; most people head straight back to their day.
We also offer high-dose vitamin C and nutritional IVs, which require their own consent forms – ask the front desk or complete them online before you arrive.

IV therapy is available as single treatments or in discounted packages, and it’s a Premium Service – so Recovery Club members save 10% on eligible IV treatments and packages. Many members build a monthly rhythm: unlimited Core Recovery throughout the month, one IV to top up.
